Ex-EdTech founders shipping for small business.
A. Smith Media is an AI, digital marketing, and custom software agency based in Frisco, Texas. Founded in 2017 by TeacherTube co-founder Adam Smith, we've served 150+ clients across law, education, professional services, and B2B.
Our Story
From EdTech founder to full-service agency
A. Smith Media was founded in 2017 — the same year Salem Media acquired TeacherTube, the educator video platform Adam Smith co-founded a decade earlier. After ten years of building product, running acquisition, and scaling teams in EdTech, Adam launched A. Smith Media to bring that same product discipline to small businesses and corporations.
What started as a digital consulting practice has grown into a full-service agency. We've built and launched digital marketing programs for regional law firms, helped EdTech companies streamline and ship their product roadmaps, stood up WordPress agencies end-to-end, and run Google Ads accounts that consistently return multiples of spend.
Today we ship work across three lines: digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, custom websites, social, email), AI integration and autonomous agents (including our OpenClaw and NemoClaw frameworks), and in-house products like SiteVitals and CompressX — all built on the same principle: ship things that work.

Founder
Meet Adam Smith
Co-founder of TeacherTube (acquired by Salem Media, 2017). Founder of A. Smith Media.

Adam Smith
Founder, A. Smith Media
Adam is a product-minded founder who spent a decade building TeacherTube into one of the largest video platforms for educators before it was acquired by Salem Media in 2017. That experience — scaling content, acquisition, partnerships, and engineering for millions of users — shapes how A. Smith Media works today.
Since founding A. Smith Media, he's led digital marketing builds for regional law firms, helped EdTech companies tighten their product roadmaps and ship faster, and built custom AI integrations that quietly replace hours of weekly work for operations teams. He writes code, publishes open source tools like CompressX, and authors WordPress plugins that agencies use in production.
If you want to build something that actually ships — with someone who's shipped before — that's the pitch.
