Information from plugins

Our WordPress plugins (SiteVitals Health Monitor, SiteVitals Speed Optimizer) process data locally on your site. When you activate a Pro license, we collect your license key, site URL, and activation status to validate your license.

• Deliver and maintain the services, plugins, and digital products you purchase.
• Process payments and send receipts via Stripe.
• Send transactional emails through Resend.
• Improve our website, services, and products based on aggregated usage data.

• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business — e.g., Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), WordPress / headless CMS providers, and analytics providers. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only as needed to deliver their service.
• Legal authorities when required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable request.
• Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services or to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Contact form submissions are retained for up to two years. Payment records are retained for at least seven years for tax purposes.
