When we'd tell you to pick a competitor
If you manage 20+ sites and want a centralized dashboard: ManageWP is more mature for multi-site admin. Pair it with SiteVitals for the proactive conflict-prevention and performance work it doesn't cover.
If you're already on a LiteSpeed-compatible host: LiteSpeed Cache is excellent and free. You might still want SiteVitals Health Monitor alongside it for conflict prevention and agency reports.
If you have one site and want the most-installed plugin: WP Rocket is still the category leader. The tradeoff is price — SiteVitals Speed Optimizer Pro delivers comparable functionality for ~20% of the annual cost.
